Christopher M. Owens
President and CEO
Mr. Owens is President & CEO of IDEV Technologies. He was previously Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for MicroVention-Terumo, a medical device company specializing in the endovascular treatment of cerebral vascular disease, from 2005-2008. Prior to joining MicroVention-Terumo, Mr. Owens served as the Vice President of Research & Development for Bausch and Lomb Surgical, focusing on the refractive and cataract portfolios. He also held various executive positions in marketing and sales. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Staff Engineer at Edwards Lifesciences. Mr. Owens holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
William W. Burke
Executive Vice President and CFO
Mr. Burke is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of IDEV Technologies. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of Medical Action Industries and On-X Life Technologies. From 2004 through 2007, he served as Executive Vice President & CFO of ReAble Therapeutics, a diversified orthopedic device company. ReAble was sold to The Blackstone Group in 2006 and acquired by DJO Incorporated in late 2007. Subsequent to the completion of the transaction with DJO, Mr. Burke served as a consultant to Blackstone/DJO. From 2001 to 2004, he served as CFO of Cholestech Corporation. From 1985 to 2001, he was employed by several firms as a senior investment banker with a primary focus on medical technology companies. Mr. Burke received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Dennis Donohoe, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Donohoe is the Chief Medical Officer of IDEV Technologies. He worked in various capacities within Johnson & Johnson for 20 years, 11 with the Cordis division. At Cordis he had worldwide responsibility for clinical research, encompassing coronary, endovascular and neurovascular products. He ultimately served as Worldwide Vice President of Clinical and Medical Affairs. Prior to Cordis, Dr. Donohoe worked for seven years at Ethicon where he became Director of Medical Affairs. From 1989 to 1990 he was Associate Director, Gastroenterology for Glaxo, Inc. From 1986 to 1989 he worked in clinical research for McNeil Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Donohoe is a magna cum laude graduate of LaSalle University and received his M.D. from Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Penn State University. He did his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Bryn Mawr Hospital.
Charles Tribié
Senior Vice President, Operations
Mr. Tribié is Senior Vice President of Operations at IDEV Technologies. Prior to joining IDEV, he spent 3 years consulting across a broad range of medical device specialties. Prior to that, Mr. Tribié was COO at Power Medical Interventions (PMI), a firm specializing in internal surgical stapling using computer mediated technologies. Before joining PMI, he was President and CEO of CryoGen, Inc. a venture backed firm with a unique office based solution for cryogenic treatment of excessive menstrual bleeding. CryoGen was sold to American Medical Systems in 2003. Prior to Cryogen, Mr. Tribié spent 19 years with US Surgical in increasing responsibilities within operations. During his tenure, US Surgical was the leader in innovative surgical wound closure products. At the time of its acquisition by Tyco International, Mr. Tribié was Senior VP of Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University and an MBA from Long Island University.
Trent Reutiman
Vice President, Global Commercial Operations
Mr. Reutiman joined IDEV as Vice President of Global Commercial Operations in May 2012. He has 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing in a number of medical specialties, including commercial leadership roles at ROX Medical, OmniSonics Medical Technologies, and RITA Medical Systems. Early sales experience includes Guidant, Cordis, Microtherapeutic, Leibinger & Fischer, and Kimberly Clark. Mr. Reutiman earned a Bachelor of Science in Business at Colorado State University, and an MBA from the University of California at Irvine.
Eric Schlote
Vice President, Global Sales
Mr. Schlote is Vice President of Global Sales at IDEV Technologies. He was previously employed with Foxhollow Technologies where he held the positions of District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director. Mr. Schlote has over 12 years of peripheral and coronary sales experience and has held Sales and Sales Management positions with Medtronic, Intra-Therapeutics and B. Braun Medical. Mr. Schlote holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State University.
Donna Lucchesi
Vice President, Global Marketing
Ms. Lucchesi is Vice President of Global Marketing at IDEV Technologies. She has 25 years' experience in marketing, market research, and sales with specific expertise in strategic planning, corporate branding, advertising, market research, and training. She joined IDEV in September 2010 after five and a half years as an independent medical marketing consultant. Prior to starting her consulting company she held Vice President and Director level positions in marketing, reimbursement, and administration at DJO, OrthoLogic, and Mallinckrodt Medical. Earlier in her career she worked in market research and advertising for a variety of clients in agriculture, financial services, and consumer products companies. Ms. Lucchesi received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri (Columbia) and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
John Dame
Vice President, Finance and Administration
Mr. Dame is a CPA and Vice President of Finance and Administration at IDEV Technologies. He has over 20 years of management experience in similar positions with various small to large contract and OEM manufacturing establishments, most recently as Division Controller for the Consumer Division of United Plastics Group Inc. Mr. Dame also has seven years of public accounting experience working with clients in diverse industries, and has been a principal and CEO in a startup company. He brings a wealth of knowledge in financial control of manufacturing entities as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. Mr. Dame has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Western New England College.
Kenneth M. Bueche
Vice President, Product Development
Mr. Bueche is Vice President of Product Development at IDEV Technologies. He has over 23 years' experience in product development, leadership and management of multi-disciplinary teams, including 20 years in the medical device industry. Prior to joining IDEV, Mr. Bueche was Director of Engineering at Guidant Corporation, where he played a key role in the development of the Galileo Intravascular Brachytherapy System. He was also a Senior Manager of Product Development at Medtronic and held various engineering roles in two smaller medical device startup companies. Mr. Bueche has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Kansas State University in Mechanical Engineering, and holds numerous patents in the medical device field.
Gert Jansen
Director, European Sales
Mr. Jansen is the Director of European Sales at IDEV Technologies and is responsible for managing the European office in the Netherlands. He was previously Sales Director for VELOCIMED, Inc. which was acquired by St. Jude Medical. His knowledge of the European market is well established with a successful track record in two start-up ventures. Mr. Jansen holds a Bachelor of Science degree (NIMA A/B) and brings over 25 years of management experience in the cardiovascular field of medical devices.
